Brand House Direct offer you the opportunity to return the items you purchased in original and unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

In the event that you receive an item and you decide you no longer want it or you have purchased the wrong size you may post the item back to us at your own cost. Once returned you have the following options:

Any item returned back to us must be sent back in THE SAME condition as received, items must be sent back unworn included all original box, packaging, tags etc. Failure to do so may result in a return/refund not being granted. Items must be returned to us no later than 30 days after the original purchase date. Items must be sent back via a traceable postage product, we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.If you elect to exchange your product the exchange will be sent in a timely manner. Shipping times will vary depending on the item you choose.
If after you have received your 1st exchange item, and wish to return this item to us, we can offer you an exchange or store credit of item cost for your purchase. We can offer a customer up to 1 exchange per transaction where we will offer complimentary return shipping to you. If you require more than 1 exchange per transaction, we will require you to pay the shipping costs.
